The fitness center is on the south east corner of South & Govenor's Avenue.
The Psychiatric center is next door to the fitness center.
We meet in the parking lot behind the fitness center.
You can call the Lifestyles Fitness Center at (302) 674-7171 for directions.
The people there know nothing about this ride but they do know where they work ;-)
so just ask how to get to the fitness center.
