Come out and walk or run a 5K or 10K

The club will provide coffee, hot tea, hot chocolate and hot dogs

Picnic will be located by picnic area pavilion (past toll booth and water park)

There is no charge to enter the park during February

The "Pick Your Poison" runs are casual runs. We try to accommodate all paces. Distances normally vary from a mile or two to ten.

Every Saturday at 8 AM.

Location for Saturday 8am Runs: Group meets near Some Guy's Bagels, 136 Greentree Dr., Dover, DE.

Every Tuesday at 6 PM from April through October. Group meets in the Caesar Rodney High School Parking lot (237 Old Camden Rd, Camden-Wyoming, 19934), the corner lot next to the track.

There may be announcements of other locations and times.
